Like air, I’ll rise. Maya Angelou’s many wise words have been with me since my teens. Giving me courage and daring. Giving me a zest for an adventurous life.

Like air, I’ll rise.

Breath has been the gateway to my inner wisdom. And nowadays, Primavera Salvá teaches me even more about my breath. How I can use the air to enhance my life energy. How I can use the air for calmness. How I can use the air for tapping into my intuitive wisdom.

Like air, I’ll rise.

Life has given me blows, too. Like all of us, I got my share. But my connection to nature gave me the courage to overcome my grief. My anger. My feeling of being a victim. And now that I have this courage, and feed it every day with walks in nature, I do good things with it. Inspire others. Connect. And create a regenerative future with all others who have this courage.

Like air, I’ll rise.
