You are so right. We have all been doing it. Getting caught up in the heat of it. And then becoming toxic. Trolling, wanting to convince.
I changed that part of me with one insight: we are all on a path. And what's right for me, might not be right for you. We will never really know what's behind someone's perspective. And they might have to go through a phase to come out of it at some other end.
And it really helps me to be curious. Why do you think like that? What have I not seen that you see? It also sometimes changes my perspective, because there is so much I don't know!
And of course, I keep telling my truth. But now often in questions. Or in personal sentences: I make this choice because...
I'm done convincing now. It has made me so sad in the past. I just do what I do and leave others to do what they do. And I guess that the whole flow of energy in the world will solve it all. Or not.
And since I take this laid back approach people find me inspirational instead of scary. And I might even be at the source of more change than ever.
Go with the flow, dear Laura. And have a happy life! And I hope you find your voice and write more. You are as much a polymath as me. But on different subjects, so I'd really like to read about music, politics and psychology from you.
