Yes, this is the leadership I like. This is what I see from Jacinda Ahern (I'm a fan). This is what I see happening in startups that look beyond making money but are driven by a desire to create good and beautiful things.

And this is the kind of leader I myself want to be. I think awareness came first for me. In the time that I really was a business leader in a job I wasn't so aware. Now I am. And I really hope to see many young people embrace, learn and act.
