I sometimes feel deep shame for my ancestors. Last winter in Indonesia (a former colony) and now again. I'm Dutch you know and for anyone who reads this and is not aware: Apartheid is a Dutch word brought to Africa by Dutch people busy with slave trade...

But I do realize, just like you, that the shame, guilt and immense sadness I sometimes feel, will not solve anything for our future.

So, thank you for inviting me to play together.
