The big elephant in the room is not overpopulation, I guess. It is the fact that the people who have smaller families consume more and more and more shitty nothingness shipped around the world from places where children from big families have to work.

It is the greed (or rather the comfort talking). And I think women and girls will play a big role in solving our predicament.

Ecosystem restoration will increase the carrying capacity of the earth. Synergy business models will make us create 1+1=3 in local economies. Living according to values will do a lot and women know how to balance and optimize instead of maximizing just one thing. And technology will go beyond zeros and ones and will give us the wisdom to create with little resources.

It takes time. But awareness is increasing with big speed now. And many routes now are leading to a new era. The Symbiocene. So I have active hope…
