That's why biomimicry is now the #1 innovation method. Physics says a bumble bee can't fly, doesn't it? Her body mass is too big for her wings. But she flies, doesn't she? It's all in the interaction with the environment and air layers. We'll get there. Genetics is now improved with epigenetics (genes can be switched on an off by environment influences). It's biology and ecology that we miss in the equation. And knowledge about open and closed systems. It will really get us a huge step further in sustainability. The bio-mathematics professors have now even proven that entropy is not degradation but full regeneration. We are learning and progressing as a human species.
