I’m not American, I’m not an expert on data, but I am a fierce advocate of thinking in other values than money.
So this point speaks to me: why as a society would we want to measure sexual harassment in economic cost? Why does everything have to be monetized (and thus being de-humanized)?
With regard to the data, I’m always a bit hesitant. How much does everyone need to know and how can they misuse it towards a specific person? Privacy is high on my agenda, but I really hope that clever data-people like you can give us a method to analyze the bulk without endangering the person.
