Thanks for the 3 Rs. I personally think the 3rd R is most important. Resilient individuals and communities include people having strong immune systems. Healthy eating, enough water, hands in the soil (gardening) for stronger resilience with microbes, and communities that support each other for mental health. Maybe next time, we shouldn't ask people to stay indoors in sick building syndrome houses, but ask them to go outdoors and breathe deeply (still keeping safe distances).
