Thanks for giving me your view, Diego. I relate to the fact that inspiring should not be dazzling. It shouldn't be consumer stuff. I should lift you up a notch to become a better person.

I had two storytelling trainers once. One was a great performer. We just listened in admiration (and were scared to fail next to such a guru). The other was great too, but he made me feel that I wanted (and dared!) to tell my own story next.

Maybe a leader is more like in the story of wolves. He/she is not in front but behind. Supporting, inspiring. Giving his tribe confidence to do better next time...

Keep up the power of stories!
