So true. Thanks! Everybody is the leader of her/his own life. And the ones surrounding her/him. And if we move with care and responsibility, combine our head, heart and hands new organizational structures will also emerge.

In the meantime, for me personally it is easier to be a freelancer. Collaborating in many different projects, fitting my talents and my passions. For me, it is the best way to find my own personal combination of money, time and freedom.
