So true, Britni. Meditation doesn’t need to be difficult. Although it took me a while to get the hang of it.
Now I use many forms. Sometimes in silence on a cushion. Sometimes guided by a voice or music.
Often also while doing the washing up. Just focusing on my hands, the soapy bubbles, the texture of ceramics.
It quietens my messy, monkey mind big time…
