People can be aided by satellites to notice wildfires and put them out by themselves. In the UK there are big tools ready in the woods to put out the wildfires. Sticks with rubber blades. I think it's everyone's responsibility. Also, in Greece, big volunteer teams are checking burnt down areas to see if the fires are not coming up again... Satellite apps can help here...
