Oh, Kathryn. What a heartfelt story. To be stuck for words. To be devastated. To find pictures (by the way, I love the one at the top!!!) and to understand that giving yourself time and space is what’s needed.

Brene Brown has given me a lot with her book ‘Braving the Wilderness’ which I discovered at an all-time low in an English bookshop.

And next time you might discover that observing energies, eavesdropping (and filling in the gaps) might be a good use of other senses than the eyes to get you going again.
