No. Not at all. And tell you what, I have time to enjoy long walks with Mike and play with our grandchildren.

My routine? Not being overwhelmed anymore by thoughts and emotions. No TV, no paper (saves me kgs of energy!). I wake at 7 or 7.30 with stories in my head, write for a few hours, and do some social media. One day a week for projects with farmers and entrepreneurs. One day for healthy buildings. I try to fit one or two skypes with young women who want to be inspired in my week. And give Authentic Storytelling to women entrepreneurs on Thursday night (one hour and one hour preparation).

My new editor job for Illumination is in spare times. An hour here and there.

I love the variety of my being a freelancer. And although I was overwhelmed with it at first, now I got the hang of it. And like it. No procrastinating is another great tip. I answer everybody immediately and get it out of my head.

And I take my time for being alone meditating and gardening. Or preparing our food. And it’s so nice to be connected to all of you! It gives me energy all this friendship with diverse people from around the world!
