Joshua Davis, I’ll repeat here what my answer was on LinkedIn.
“Helping you out over a post like this? You must be kidding Joshua Davis. I don’t understand you at all! I thought your topic was peer-to-peer-insurance for the good of people?
Naive of me maybe. I am a fierce advocate of an ethical economy that values other things than just money. So if Twitter was my platform I would ban this post as well…
And I’m sorry I told you about Broodfondsen in The Netherlands. They are trying to build a better world, you know. One where we will have security without being milked for money…”
I’m normally a nice person. But I just don’t understand how you can get from peer-to-peer-insurance to this post about abusing Medium for sponsored content. So I just cannot applaud this.
Apart from the fact that it won’t work. Who would want to read these sponsored stories? And without readers, no money. So my advice? Stick to writing about your passions. Unless your only passion is making money?
