I'm so amazed at how you, USA scientists, think. I'm in the same profession as you. I just do full spectrum ecology instead of monoculture biology. Can you imagine what happens on land when we grow these huge insects on plastics? They will thrive on our seas, our rivers, our soils full of microplastics. Happy fly living!!! It will become a dark age full of black soldier flies.... 😂😂😂 Every solution has a consequence... ❤️
