I think the first thing to do in business is understand that we have to get from linear models to systemic models in which everything that's created (also by-products) will be used to created new (basic needs) value.

Earlier I wrote that large companies are no problem for systemic business models, but they have to be formed in hubs. Hub-size depending on local ecosystems and local cultures. And new hubs on new places should be adapted to local ecosystems and culture. Hope more companies (than e.g. Novamont in Italy) will transform this way and make it happen...
