I think happy is always about surrendering to the moment. Reality. And all the other feelings appear too. I just don't let them hold me back. I feel them deeply and let go. Sometimes nature walks or dynamic meditations help me. Reflection gives me insights. Thanks for writing and triggering this reply in me
