I love this story. And it proves that we have a horrible guru culture and cancel culture. Feynman was all of these things and more. And we are too! I'm a great admirer of his quantum physics and especially how he brings imagination back in leaning. And I don't love him less for his views on women. Although I'm definitely a fierce feminist when it comes to my species. I don't have to sit at a table with him and like him. And I don't know if I would have just from YouTube videos. Maybe he was a stuck-up prick. That's okay. Many people are. I avoid them in real life. That's why I love the difference of online and offline. I can choose who to be with. And I can choose who to learn what from... Thanks for this story.
