I couldn’t agree more Lori Brown.

In China, pollution has dropped tremendously. In the air above The Netherlands, where I live, the drop is now 60 percent! In Venice, where the boats stopped going, the water is so clear you can see fish swimming.

I think we should have mighty good reasons to go back to ‘business as usual’ after all this and start pollution again as if it is normal.

Just don’t look at Europe with rose-colored glasses. We seem to have more social economies. But it’s deceiving. Neoliberalism and extreme capitalism are everywhere. We really need radical change. Regenerative economies. Economies made from unconditional love. Socialism isn’t enough!

I wrote about it. Inspired by umair haque, who is comparing the USA to Europe a lot. Kind of idealizing European social democracies. But I would really like some opinions from others in the world. What do you think, Naomi Knight, Tom Byers, Stacey Christiansen, Shin Jie Yong, Amy Marley, Heather Jo Flores, Paul Myers MBA, Anna Blume, Ina Matijević, Ayumi Matsuzaka?

Thanks for your thoughts. I hope we can activate the discussion on living as part of natural ecosystems…
