Hi Sebastian, I like it that the Stoics are so present on Medium and on Illumination. Well-given advice! Lots of the answers are in our rational minds. However, just today I wrote about not neglecting our other two brains (science tells us we do have three brains), the heart and the gut. We have a whole body you know, and only when we balance all, we'll become complete and wise beings.
