Have you ever looked into neurolinguistic programming NLP? It is used a lot in neuromarketing and sales (stupid, to make people buy more) but the science is super interesting. We feel safer when people mirror us. It also tells us a lot about how our brains learn. Some people learn by hearing, or seeing, or doing. It's used in teaching too...
