Can we perhaps recognize there's feminine in all of us? And that there's also lots of power/privilege/victimhood in all kinds of areas in our and other people's lives?
All people are completely unique. And that makes putting us into boxes not clever. But people can only think in boxes. In concepts. That's how our brain (at least the left, rational part) is made.
So, everyone has biases. Me included. We never see all there is to see. But we can widen our view big time! And I love it that Yael does that.
She tells about a bias she sees without cancelling the man. Please do the same for all biases you see in this story. It tells you more about your brain and your own biases than about hers...
