A great story, Selma. If I speak for myself (and I'm the older generation), the smiling reflex also had a great 'pleasing' character. It was just that, a reflex. Perhaps it's not about grudges, it can also be about not wearing masks anymore. I do hope so.

I certainly know that that is part of the wisdom I gained in my life. Pleasing is not necessary. Speaking my truth while connecting to the heart of the other is a skill and it took me a long time to master it... And it still needs work...
